Why we built Rviing
While building OneLedger, we saw the same thing in every store we visited: customers live on WhatsApp, but businesses were messaging them from personal phones, copying numbers into broadcast lists and losing track of who said what.
Reminders went out late or not at all. Offers reached people who had asked to stop. And the moment a business tried a bulk-sending tool, they risked getting their number banned.
