What each message costs (India, +91)
Meta charges per delivered template message based on its category. Rviing adds one flat platform fee. Customer-initiated service replies inside the 24-hour window are not charged.

Pricing questions
Do I need a new phone number?
You need a number that is not currently registered on the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app. You can use a new number, or delete the WhatsApp account on an existing number and then connect it to Rviing. The number must be able to receive an SMS or voice call for verification.
What is a message template?
A template is a pre-approved message format (with optional variables, media and buttons) that you need to start a conversation or message a customer after the 24-hour window. You create it in Rviing, we submit it to Meta, and the approval status updates automatically — usually within minutes.
What is the 24-hour customer service window?
When a customer messages you, a 24-hour window opens. Inside it you can reply with any free-form message, image or document. After it closes you can only send an approved template. The Rviing inbox shows the window timer on every chat.
How does pricing work, and what does Meta charge?
Rviing is pay-as-you-go from a prepaid wallet. Each template message costs Meta’s charge for its category (marketing, utility or authentication) plus a small Rviing platform fee. Replies inside the 24-hour customer service window are not charged by Meta. There is no monthly lock-in.
