Rviing by OneLedger

Getting started

Create your account, connect a number, get a template approved and send your first message.

Rviing by OneLedger runs on the Official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) from Meta. This guide takes you from sign-up to your first delivered message — most businesses finish it the same day (template approval time can vary).

Before you begin

Keep these ready:

  • A Facebook account that is an admin of your business (or can create a Meta Business portfolio).
  • A phone number for WhatsApp that is not currently active on the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app. It must be able to receive an SMS or a voice call.
  • Your business name, website and category — Meta uses them to review your display name.

Step 1 — Create your Rviing account

  1. Go to the sign-up page and enter your name, company name, email and a 10-digit Indian mobile number.
  2. Choose a password (at least 8 characters).
  3. Enter the 6-digit OTP we send to verify your mobile number.

You land on the Rviing dashboard with an onboarding checklist that tracks the remaining steps.

Step 2 — Connect your WhatsApp number

Click Connect with Facebook and follow Meta's pop-up. It takes about two minutes. See Connect your WhatsApp number for every screen you will see.

Step 3 — Create and approve a template

Businesses must use an approved message template to start a conversation. Create one under Templates, pick a category (marketing, utility or authentication) and submit it. The status updates automatically when Meta reviews it. Read Message templates & approval tips to get approved the first time.

Step 4 — Add contacts and recharge your wallet

  • Import customers from Excel / CSV under Contacts (guide).
  • Recharge your wallet — you pay per delivered message, with no monthly fee (guide).

Step 5 — Send your first campaign

Pick an approved template, choose your audience, fill in variables and send — now or on a schedule. Delivery, read and reply counts update live. See Sending campaigns.

Tip: Send the first campaign to a small tag (for example your own staff) to check how the message looks on a real phone.
