Wallet & pricing

Rviing is pay-as-you-go. There is no monthly subscription and no lock-in: you recharge a prepaid wallet and each delivered message is deducted from it. See the pricing page for today's rates.

What a message costs

Each billable message has two parts:

1. Meta's charge — set by Meta per message, based on the template category (marketing, utility or authentication) and the customer's country.
2. Rviing platform fee — one small flat fee per message, the same for every category.

Service messages — your replies when the customer messaged you in the last 24 hours — are not charged by Meta, and Rviing does not charge for them either.

When the wallet is charged

• A template message is charged when Meta reports it as delivered and billable.
• If Meta says a message is not billable (for example certain utility templates sent while the customer service window is open), any amount already deducted is credited back automatically.
• Failed messages are not charged.

Recharging

1. Open Wallet in the app.
2. Enter the amount and pay online.
3. The balance updates as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Keep enough balance for your scheduled campaigns — Rviing shows an estimated cost before you send.

The wallet ledger

Every deduction is listed with the date, template, category, recipient, Meta charge and platform fee — so you can match your spend to each campaign.

Price changes

Meta revises its prices from time to time. Rviing applies the rate in effect when the message is sent and shows it in the ledger. Applicable taxes are charged as per law.
