This page explains how users and businesses can request deletion of data associated with PingPilot, a WhatsApp Business API management platform by SAER Technologies Private Limited.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your PingPilot account data, WhatsApp integration data, contacts, messages, webhook logs, or related business data, please email us at:

Please include the following details in your request:

• Your full name.
• Your registered email address.
• Your company or business name.
• Your registered phone number, if applicable.
• A clear statement that you want your PingPilot data deleted.

3. What Data May Be Deleted

Depending on your account and usage, we may delete:

• Account profile data.
• Connected WhatsApp Business Account configuration stored in PingPilot.
• Contacts imported or created in PingPilot.
• Message logs and webhook logs stored in PingPilot.
• Template records stored locally in PingPilot.
• API keys and platform access credentials generated by PingPilot.

4. Verification Before Deletion

For security, we may verify your identity and account ownership before deleting data. We may request additional information to confirm that you are authorized to request deletion for the business account.

5. Processing Timeline

We aim to process valid deletion requests within 7 to 30 business days, depending on the complexity of the request and legal or operational requirements.

6. Data We May Retain

Certain information may be retained if required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, accounting, or enforcement of our terms. Where retention is required, access will be limited and data will be retained only for the necessary period.

PingPilot can delete data stored in our own systems. Data stored directly by Meta, WhatsApp, or other third-party platforms is governed by their own policies and controls. You may need to manage or delete such data directly through your Meta Business Manager or WhatsApp Manager.
